Mettaton in Peach's Dress? Sure.

Mettaton is that one character that will rock any outfit you throw at him, especially dresses. 

My friend PinkPrincessBlossom and I were discussing characters and their Halloween costumes a week or two ago, and referred back to some sketches that I did of Mettaton wearing Peach's dress and saying "I'm a princess" while Undyne yells at him. I doodled him in Peach's dress on paper a little while ago, and then today I was in a pixel art mood and decided to do this beauty
